That must be from the Ugliest Dog contest. I saw the winner and I thought he looked pretty good, actually.
Yeah, the winner of the mixed breed category was a boxer mix with an underbite. I didn't really think it was ugly at all. The winner of the purebred is the same dog that won last year. It, on the other hand, looks worse than alot of deceased dogs that I've had occasion to see my my lifetime :)
