A little piece of me thought about closing the dryer door and turning it on to tumble for a minute, just to teach Taylor to stop jumping in there every time you turn your back and leave the door open.
My cat used to hide in the washing machine. I did turn on the water -- just a couple seconds so she got a cold blast over her. She scrambled out of there so fast and she has not been back since.
I started it once with a cat in there. I left the door open and held the switch with a finger, and pressed start. Cat was out before drum even started to move I think.
Don't stand in front of the door if you try this...

The dryer -- yeah, I wouldn't do that.
