Isn't that the truth?
I *try* to have a little presence of mind, when my only reason for making a decision is to get out of a current situation. That's not always possible though. Well, I guess it is always possible...
What is it they say about the time that passes between an action and our reaction? About how that is what makes us human? Wish I could remember, it made so much sense at the time.
