Hey, Kettle!

Proving further that, just because you're famous, it doesn't mean you are to be admired......

“I voted for Barack because he was black. ’Cuz that’s why other folks vote for other people — because they look like them,” Jackson said. "That’s American politics, pure and simple. [Obama’s] message didn’t mean sh-t to me. In the end, he’s a politician. I just hoped he would do some of what he said he was gonna do."

That's Samuel L. Jackson, in the new issue of Ebony Magazine. So what does he think about the Tea Party?

“It’s pretty obvious what they are,” Jackson said in an interview with New York Magazine. “The division of the country is not about the government having too much power. I think everything right now is geared toward getting that guy out of office, whatever that means.”

Jackson continued, “It’s not politics. It is not economics. It all boils down to pretty much to race. It is a shame.”

Idiot. When you're a raging racist, it colors everything you experience.

Wow. It's one of those things where you can't help to shake your head while reading... talking about what a shame it is that we live in a world that has racism, then doing the exact action to which you were against. Shameless.

The whole thing would be ridiculously funny, if it weren't so sad.

Here's a guy with fame, fortune, and a fabulous career. He gives a profanity laden interview where he spouts blatent racism. He accuses an entire group of other people, whom he knows not at all, of racism and evil intent just because they dare to disagree with him.

Yet that's all ok, of course. Because clearly someone like me - a white dogcatcher whose net worth is most likely less than the value of automobiles sitting in his garage, is "oppressing" him and keeping him down.

Samuel L. Jackson is an idiotic douchebag.
