Or maybe I should say "anybody", since I haven't posted to the blog in two months. I'm still not going to be back at blogging until September (most likely). Just thought I would take a moment and give a nod to anyone who might be lurking by this place in the meantime.
We're all well here at Castle Paladin. Just trying to survive another Texas Summer while I put up with the madness that is my day-job. Hope you are doing well. I thought I'd post a short video that I shot this morning during one of the walks Gunny and I take a couple of times a week. He's really grown into a beautiful dog. Tips the scale at 107 lbs now.
Me... I'm going the other direction. Started eating cleaner and exercising more a couple of months ago. I've lost about 25 lbs so far, and feel much better :). Long walks with the wonder dog help. Ya'll hang in there, and I'll try to get back to this blog thing in another month or so.

Gunny is maturing into a beautiful dog!! Very well behaved, you must be proud :)
It's been stupid-hot here as well. We've been having Texas weather as well (ranging from 100-109)some weeks and that has been hell. Especially hard when you are no where close to used to that kind of heat. Thank goodness we have A/C in our home, and we used the pool a lot too.
