Naw... I'm sure he has an Edged Tool Czar on-call for any knife work that needs to be done. Doofus would probably cut himself, anyway.

Congress pen knife, with what looks like ivory scales (ivory tends to crack over time, and you can see a crack in the scale shown in the pic). Eisenhower gave away pen knives to White House visitors, Case Knives still markets an "Eisenhower Pen" pattern with his named etched on the blade in his honor. The current White House Gift shop offers no knives for sale.
I'm laughing my butt off...good one.
I'd be willing to bet that Mitt Romney carries a pocket knife.
